How to Fix Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? Try these solutions before submitting a ticket:


  1. We first recommend restarting your router and modem.
  2. If that doesn't work, we recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the game.
  3. If you're still having trouble, we recommend checking your firewall settings, and, if applicable, your VPN settings as well.


Related to the above steps, if your router has a firewall, turn it off. If that works, you’ll have to add a rule to allow TCP traffic on port 80.

If you are using a VPN, we recommend turning it off temporarily and then trying to play. If you can join a table without issue, then it is likely the VPN.

If possible, try using a different network provider. For instance, connect your console to the internet through your phone hot spot using your phone data plan and not your household internet. If that works, the problem is likely a policy with your network provider. Make sure they allow TCP traffic on port 80.

If you have access to another console in another household, please try signing in with your account there. If that works, the problem is with your network.

You can try creating a new account on your console and playing Prominence with that account (or use someone else’s account on your console). If that works, the problem is with your account, and we recommend you submit a ticket so we can look into this further.
