Digital Safety & Compliance Statement

Prominence Poker is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all users. We comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the UK Online Safety Act (OSA).

Our Commitments

1. User Safety

We proactively monitor and moderate content to prevent illegal or harmful behavior, including:


- Hate speech
- Child sexual exploitation
- Terrorism-related content
- Bullying and harassment

2. Appeals & Transparency

If we remove content or suspend an account, we explain why and offer an appeal process.

3. Protection of Children

Our platform includes safeguards for minors, such as age-appropriate design, chat filters, and optional age verification where needed.

4. Transparency Reports

We publish annual transparency reports outlining our moderation practices and enforcement actions.

6. Additional Concerns/Issues

 

If you are worried that a player may seriously harm themselves or others, please contact your local Police emergency service. Police / Law Enforcement officers can contact Pipeworks by email at poker@pipeworks.com if they need our help to keep someone safe.

 This policy is not intended for you to report violations of our game rules, such as botting or macro use. All rule breaking should be reported using the in-game reporting function which captures relevant information that enables our support teams to investigate such reports.

Using this form for any reason other than to report illegal content will be considered a serious misuse of the Pipeworks support services.

 In the event that you lodge any reports or complaints as set forth in this policy, you acknowledge and agree that:  

  1. Data on this form will be processed and stored in line with Pipeworks’ privacy policy. (2) The information provided is (to the best of your knowledge and belief) truthful, accurate and complete.
  2. You live in the UK or an EU Member State.
  3. You  I agree that the information on this form may be shared with Police and/or Law Enforcement Agencies if required.
  4. If any enforcement action is taken, Pipworks may share details about your complaint with the user of the account you are reporting, but Pipeworks will not provide them with any information about you.
