Before reporting an in-game bug or issue, please try following the helpdesk articles found on our site here. If issues persist, please check our #bug-reports Discord channel to see if the bug has been previously reported.
A well-written, easy to reproduce description will help us fix your issue quicker, so please let us know as much information as possible:
- Are you able to reproduce the issue? If so, what are the exact steps?
- What were you doing when you experienced the issue?
- What exactly is the issue? (be as specific as possible)
- How often does it occur? (e.g. is it every time or was it a one-off, freak occurrence?)
